The app is used to connect to third-party Lemmy servers that may or may not collect personal information and are not covered by this privacy policy. Most<br><br>When you enable notifications in the app, certain information is sent to Echo servers, including (but not limited to): your Lemmy instance URL, a random Apple Push Notification token generated by Apple, your Lemmy user ID number, a random identifier generated by Echo that is unique for your current login session, a RevenueCat non-identifying user ID (to determine your Echo+ subscription state), your current device's timezone, your current device's language, and information about the notification subscription (type, community/post details, etc). All of this information is stored on the server for the purpose of delivering notifications to your device. The only information that is shared with 3rd parties is the Apple Push Notification token & the notification payload, which is shared with Apple in order to deliver notifications to your device, and the RevenueCat non-identifying user ID, which is shared with RevenueCat in order to determine your Echo+ subscription state. The Echo application may send updates to the server when any of this information changes on your device.<br><br>Finally, Echo uses RevenueCat to handle Apple subscriptions within the app. RevenueCat & Apple may collect personal information from users of Echo and process it in accordance with their own privacy policies.<br><br>Echo reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.
